Our Family

Our lead chef, Ms. Lien (also known as “Mom”) has owned and developed numerous restaurants, including the current Huong Binh, a popular restaurant in the heart of Seattle’s International District. Ms. Lien learned her trade from her father who was a chef during the Vietnam – French era. In keeping with tradition, Ms. Lien is passing on this knowledge to her children at Pho Cyclo Café. |

Pho Cyclo Café’s staff is comprised of family members and many staff who have been with our “restaurant family" for more than a decade. Together as a team, our family and staff bring both experience and knowledge of the Vietnamese cuisine to our customers. |
